Restore Version
Versions are read-only. You can edit a version by restoring it to make it the current status of work again.
If a version A is restored to the current status of work (CSW), all changes made in the current status of work CSW are overridden with the data of version A. The data of the CSW calculation are lost.
When restoring...
- ... the version becomes current status of work (CSW).
- ... the previous status of work of a calculations is overridden.
- ... the other versions remain unchanged.
Save and publish all changes BEFORE restoring a version.
Restore Version
- You are logged in as a Calculator.
- You are in the Calculations workspace.
- You have opened a calculation whose version you want to restore.

Save all your changes.
Save Changes
You can save changes using the following options:

In the quick access toolbar, click the
Save all applications data button.

In the ribbon, click on the File > Save All.

Use the keyboard shortcut CTRL + S.
All of your changes are saved and the icon is grayed-out.

Publish all changes.
Publish Changes
You can publish changes using the following options:

In the ribbon, click on the File > Publish All.

In the ribbon, click on the Local Data >
Discard All.
All existing changes are published.
NoteIt is not possible to undo changes after publishing.

- Use the selection view to switch to the Work History view.
All available versions and the calculation with the current status of work (CSW) are shown.
- In the Work History view, select the version you wish to restore.
- Right-click on the version > Restore Version.
A warning dialog opens.
- Click on Restore to lose the dialog.
The version becomes the current status of work (CSW).
